Work Scope

  • Assist procurement staff in preparing contract and procurement related documents and submitting to Client when required.
  • Maintain a thorough tracking system of all outgoing/incoming documents in compliance to PTCAM.
  • Act as the tender secretary for all bid opening sessions.
  • Arrange/organize any meeting for the procurement team as and when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Experience in oil and gas industry is preferable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good attitude and service-minded.
  • Good communication skills and well organized.
  • Administrative knowledge & experiences.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field
