A top player in the Oil & Gas Industry, is looking for key candidates to join their company for the following below positions.
- Assist procurement staff in preparing contract and procurement related documents and submitting to Client when required.
- Maintain a thorough tracking system of all outgoing/incoming documents in compliance to PTCAM.
- Act as the tender secretary for all bid opening sessions.
- Arrange/organize any meeting for the procurement team as and when required.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
- Experience in oil and gas industry is preferable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good attitude and service-minded.
- Good communication skills and well organized.
- Administrative knowledge & experiences.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field
